What Yellowmarket is

Yellowmarket is a curated directory. We list sources, shops, products and services that we or our community believe are legitimate alternatives to mainstream channels. We do not sell anything, hold stock, process payments or act as an agent for any listed source.

No endorsement, no guarantee

A listing is information, not a recommendation or a guarantee. Prices, availability, legality and quality can change without notice and vary by country. You are responsible for checking that a purchase is lawful where you live and for dealing directly with the source.

Submissions

When you submit a source you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that you grant Yellowmarket a non-exclusive licence to publish and edit it. We may decline, edit or remove any submission without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not submit or promote anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not scrape, spam or attempt to disrupt the site.

Yellow Chips, the casino and the exchange

Yellow Chips (YC) are virtual play money for entertainment on yellowmarket.org. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred for value, or redeemed for money, goods or prizes. Free chips and chip packs you buy are both covered by this rule.

Chip packs are sold through Stripe and are for people 18 and over. All chip purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We may adjust balances to fix errors, reverse chips obtained through bugs, fraud or chargebacks, and close accounts that abuse the games. The casino and exchange may change or close at any time; unused chips have no value if that happens.

Market finds and referral links

Some listings are referral or affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, Yellowmarket’s owner may earn a bonus or commission. Those offers, their eligibility and their terms are set by the provider, not by Yellowmarket, and nothing on this site is financial advice.

Courses

Free courses are free. Paid courses are a one-time payment that includes 12 months of access to every lesson and file. Finish-it guarantee: work through the lessons within 30 days of buying; if the course didn’t help, contact us within those 30 days for a full refund. A refunded or charged-back purchase removes access to that course.

Yellow Card membership

The Yellow Card is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the Yellow Card page; you keep your benefits until the end of the period you paid for, and we don’t give partial refunds for unused time. Members get every paid course while the membership is active, plus Yellow Chips each month. Chips added by a membership are play money like any other Yellow Chips and stay in your wallet if you cancel. We may change membership prices for new members; if we change your price we’ll tell you before your next renewal.

Featured listings

Featured is paid placement for a listing that is already in the directory. It renews automatically until you cancel and ends at the close of the paid period. Paying for Featured doesn’t change our listing rules: we can remove a listing that breaks them, and if we remove a Featured listing for that reason we stop the subscription.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellowmarket and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from any transaction with a listed source.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
